Very comfy beds, coffee/tea making facilities, a dining area, and a sitting area in the room. Good location, easy walk to everywhere. A lot of food options not too far from the venue.

The rooms here are so nice and cozy, with their own bathrooms and even coffee/tea makers, a fridge, and glasses. the breakfast spread is absolutely fantastic, with lots of delicious options for food and drinks to choose from! 😊.

Absolutely perfect and beautiful room with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a personal safe, and extremely comfy bed. Location right by the mountains, bay and trees and restaurants by car. Also, on the hill.

I loved the room with an amazing view.

The room was spacious with comfortable beds, and the large bathroom had a bidet, walk-in shower, and plenty of towels.

Had an incredible Christmas experience at this resort! the beach access was unbeatable, just steps away from the hotel. the rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and had fantastic views of the ocean. Loved lounging on the balcony, watching the sunset and listening to the waves. Plus, the staff were always available and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. Definitely a great place to relax and unwind during the holidays.

The distance from town, which made it difficult to get around without a car. the hotel did offer shuttle service, which was helpful.

I had an amazing stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly, and always went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the breakfast served was always neat and appetizing. The best part for me was the cart service, which was of immense help with my knee injury.

Amazing view and peaceful surroundings. The staff was genuine and helpful with suggestions for cheaper transfers. The bungalow was clean, spacious, and came with a balcony that had a beautiful sunset view. Enjoyed the Netflix and cable TV provided in the room.

No nearby restaurants or supermarket. Resort transportation costs $6-7 per trip, and they only offer a free shuttle service to their own restaurant.

Beautiful nature and Pleasant Service

Escape into the wonderful tranquility of this resort, surrounded by beautiful lush greenery. The staff were really nice and accommodating during our stay, always ready to help and provide good recommendations. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the fact that we were provided with enough water bottles. The comfy bed and stunning views of the landscape were quite memorable. We also loved that we could immerse ourselves in the resort's extraordinary amenities and indulge in its fantastic dining experiences.

Getting around was a bit tricky, as it wasn't really close to the town centre. Although the hotel offers transfers at reasonable prices, it would have been more convenient if we had more flexibility to move around or rent a car.

We were impressed with the stunning view from our room and loved the unique touch of the individual villas. the front office staff were always friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We were pleased with the great facilities, like the shockingly fast Wi-Fi and amazing breakfast with a stunning backdrop, which included a delicious fried rice with a fried egg. the cleanliness of the room was excellent with cart service being the standout service.

I was blown away by the personalized service at Palau Carolines Resort. They delivered a delicious, custom-made breakfast to my room every morning, and the balcony offered breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. The staff's recommendations for activities and dining were spot on. I highly recommend this resort.
